Day 1
We will take Route 9 to ABRA PAMPA, where we will take Route 7 to Rinconada, turn left through Route 70 to Fundiciones and then arrive at LIVIARA, where we will see the famous sand dunes (sand formations due to east winds). Then, we will take the legendary Route 40 with final destination CUSI CUSI. After having lunch at RINCON DE CUSI guesthouse, we will visit the LAGUNILLAS DE FARALLON, an obligatory stop to enter the Laguna de Vilama, where we will see one of its many lagoons. We will walk along the town, visit its ARTESANIAS TEXTILES and then return to CUSI CUSI. Night and dinner at RINCON DE CUSI guesthouse.
Day 2
During the morning, we will go trekking for about 90 minutes through the magnificent VALLE DE LA LUNA or VALLE DE MARTE with Candido, our local guide. We will descend through the valley and walk through it and then visit the ancient town and its adobe constructions. Once we finish the tour, we will return to the guest house and have lunch.
